Meditation Course with Daisy Come join us for a transformative meditation course led by the amazing Daisy! Over the span of 6 weeks, you'll learn various meditation techniques to calm your mind and find inner peace. This in-person event will take place at the new WindanSea building 1a Buderim St, a serene location (20m from Ballinger Beach) perfect for diving deep into your practice. Whether you're a beginner or have been meditating for years, this course is designed to help you deepen your practice and connect with your inner self. Don't miss out on this opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in your daily life! Discounted meditation packs and other props available through Happy Heart Yoga. This course is particularly for you if you are experiencing; -stress (from work, family, relationships etc.) -hormonal changes (perimenopause/menopause) -depression -feelings of grief, loss, sadness The course will include a taste of the following meditation techniques: -Zen (zazen), -Mantra Meditation/ Transcendental Meditation (TM), -Tantra Meditation, -Advaita Vedanta, -Self Inquiry -Movement Meditation -Gentle Breathwork -Restorative Yoga -Loving Kindness Meditation -Healing Meditation FAQ 1. The venue is adjacent to a car parking area and Ballinger Beach. The car park can become busy so it is best to arrive a little early to find a park. 2. The access is a low gradient incline from the carparking area. There are no stairs. 3. Chairs will be provided for anyone who cannot sit on the floor.
