Our daily minute by minute life decisions are often so much more important than the seemingly big ones.  We can become so overwhelmed with life that these decisions start to feel automatic. "What is the easiest and quickest option so I can get the most done?"  This type of thought process does not serve the health of our bodies or feed our relationships.
