This type of thought process does not serve the health of our bodies or feed our relationships. The following meditations will help to bring the focus back to the important things in life.

Restorative and Yin Yoga Classes

Restorative Yoga - Great for anyone needing to destress, relax, rejuvenate and anyone just needing a healing/nurturing break from life.

Yin Yoga - especially good for people needing a balance from a physical workout regime, good for injuries caused by muscle tightness and generally very good for destressing and deep loosening of the muscles and fascia. Incorporates Chinese meridian lines theories to bring flow to the body and spirit.
