Service Description
Use meditation techniques to encourage more trust, appreciation, intimacy, shared joy and kindness in your relationships. This course is particularly for you if; - your relationships feel unloving and tired. - you feel like you have tried everything but breaking up doesn't feel right. - you would like a closer bond with children and loved ones. - you find it difficult to express your love to the people you care for. Course Outline: Session 1 – Prescence - Learning meditation techniques to become more “present” with ourselves, our partner, children and everyone in our lives. - Practice appreciation (of our lives and each other). Session 2 – Forgiveness, learn to process stuck energy and emotional trauma's -Learning meditation techniques to help reduce egoic attachment and see our relationship patterns with more clarity. -Learning gentle breathwork techniques to move/process any stagnant energy through the body (eg. anger, resentment, etc.). Session 3 – Learn to soften, trust and love with more depth and intimacy -Learning the power of conscious touch (wonderful for intimacy). -Look at any belief patterns that may be causing conflict in our relationships. -Learning techniques to peel off some of our guards (of self-protection) to allow love to flow with more depth and tenderness. The course will include 2 weeks of daily exercises, journaling, guided meditations and 3x 1 hour group zoom calls. Maximum group size of 8 people.
