Service Description
Use meditation techniques to encourage more trust, appreciation, intimacy, shared joy and kindness in your relationship. Session 1 - will include; -Learning meditation techniques to become more “present” with ourselves and with our partner, -Learning gentle breathwork techniques to move any stagnant energy (eg. anger, resentment, etc.) through the body. -Practicing appreciation (of our lives and each other). Session 2 - will include; -Learning the power of conscious touch (wonderful for intimacy). -Learning meditation techniques to help reduce egoic attachment and see our relationship patterns with more clarity. -Learning techniques to peel off some of our guards (of self-protection) to allow love to flow with more depth and tenderness. FAQ 1. The venue is adjacent to a car parking area and Ballinger Beach. The car park can become busy so it is best to arrive a little early to find a park. 2. The access is a low gradient incline from the carparking area. There are no stairs. 3. Chairs will be provided for anyone who cannot sit on the floor. 4.Discounted meditation packs and other props available through Happy Heart Yoga.
