Meditation with Daisy is having a shorth break until 2 November 2024 (this is due to government pre elections being held at the Hall) Come join us for transformative meditation sessions led by the amazing Daisy! You'll learn various meditation techniques to calm your mind and find inner peace. These in-person session will take place at the new WindanSea building 1a Buderim St, a serene location (20m from Ballinger Beach) perfect for diving deep into your practice. Whether you're a beginner or have been meditating for years, these meditation classes are designed to help you deepen your practice and connect with your inner self. Don't miss out on this opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in your daily life! Meditation with Daisy is particularly for you if you are experiencing; -stress (from work, family, relationships etc.) -hormonal changes (perimenopause/menopause) -depression -feelings of grief, loss, sadness The sessions will include various styles of meditation: -Zen (zazen), -Mantra Meditation (like Transcendental Meditation (TM)), -Tantra Meditation, -Advaita Vedanta, -Self Inquiry -Movement Meditation -Gentle Breathwork -Restorative Yoga -Yoga Nidra FAQ 1. The venue is adjacent to a car parking area and Ballinger Beach. The car park can become busy so it is best to arrive a little early to find a park. 2. The access is a low gradient incline from the carparking area. There are no stairs. 3. Chairs will be provided for anyone who cannot sit on the floor.
