Ladies Emotional Wellbeing Course (3wks) Emotional Healing through Meditation (Small group approximately 5-6 people). Embrace your Body Embrace your Emotions Embrace Life Meditation styles used include - Advita Vedanta Meditation and Tantra Meditation – the way of awareness and complete acceptance. Delve into the unconscious mind and heal the blocks that are holding you back in life. Unlock self-sabotaging energy. Make peace with the guilt, fear, sadness and anger. These heavy emotions are holding you back from true love, contentment and joy. This course is particularly for you if; - you feel stuck and directionless. - you are fed up with your current relationships, body image or life situation. Course Outline: Day 1 – Embrace the Body Have you given up on loving your body? Do you feel that your body has let you down in some way? Learn new ways to love and accept yourself completely. Day 2 – Embrace the Emotions Unprocessed sadness and grief can be difficult to heal due to unhealthy habits of avoidance, distraction and denial. Holding on to old emotions takes your energy (often unconsciously). Through guided meditation allow these stuck emotions to process and release. Get your energy back! Day 3 – Embrace Life Use meditation techniques to create new healthy habits. Allow love to flow freely. Let a new perspective be born that embraces all aspects of life. Let your energy flow completely. FAQ 1. The venue is adjacent to a car parking area and Ballinger Beach. The car park can become busy so it is best to arrive a little early to find a park. 2. The access is a low gradient incline from the carparking area. There are no stairs. 3. Chairs will be provided for anyone who cannot sit on the floor. 4.Discounted meditation packs and other props available through Happy Heart Yoga.
