Please use our pricing guide below to get an idea of what our bookkeeping service will cost you. Our prices do not currently attract GST, but will do so from the 1st July 2009.

$45/hr  for work done outside of our offices; ie at your office.

$40/hr  for work done at our office

$40/hr  travel time may be charged if a job takes less than four hours or if travel time is greater than one hour. For picking up work we suggest you use a courrier as this will be cheaper.

First consoultation is free providing no work or trianing is done or specific advice given. No travel time will be charged.

Phone consoltation is charged in five minite intervals and billed at $40/hour.

We use a stop clock to keep strict time while working to insure you are billed correctly. Please be aware that you will be charged from the time we arrive at your office so please do not spend to much time with idle chat. You will not be charged for time spent on the phone with other clients or coffee/meal breaks etc.
